Privacy means a great deal to us and we understand the importance of protecting the privacy of our customers & visitors. Below we have outlined what information is stored on our site and how we use it. The information we use and why:
Name, Address and Contact Details.

We will use your name and contact information for the following reasons:
To ship products purchased on our website
To send updates about your orders via email
Fraud protection
Payment Information

If we take an order over the phone we will require all card details, including the security/CVV Code. We then use PayPal virtual terminal over a secure SSL connection to take the payment. This information will never be stored and is input directly to the virtual terminal, so it is not recorded by us in any way. Refunds to a card payment that were taken over the phone are handled by PayPal.

Contact and Purchase History
We will keep all conversation sent via Email, text SMS, live chat and social media sites. This is to provide a higher level of customer service and support. We may also take note of and store any relevant information provided over the phone.

We keep only digital copies of customer orders. This purchase history helps with our customer service and support. The customer orders do not include payment information.
Analytics

We use analytics to help paint a better picture of how customers/visitors use our site. Information including IP addresses, device type, location data, and browsing habits is used to help improve our website and shopping experience.

We will not sell or trade any of your personal details to third party companies. This is something that we have never done and will never do.
